Chase Door
This lightweight patented door is rotationally molded from rotationally molded polyethylene and is known in the industry for its ruggedness, ease of maintenance, and long service life. Standard tests for impact resistance indicates that rotationally molded polyethylene is five times more puncture resistant and three times more flexible than ABS material.
Door Panel
Lightweight, weighing only 2.5 pounds per square foot, opens with ease, operates smoothly and allows for safe passage of personnel and damage free equipment. The overall panel thickness is 1-7/8" and the skin thickness is 1/8" thick.
Insulated Core
The foamed-in-place Non-CFC urethane core (permanently bonded to the outer surface) does not break down when impacted, provides noise control and provides excellent insulation with an R factor of 10.83.
Internal Reinforcement
The leading and back edge of the door are internally reinforced with tubular steel to ensure flatness and strengthen the door panel.
Window
1/8" thick polycarbonate window with black frame is recessed a minimum of 1/8" from the face of the panel to protect the window"s surface from abrasion caused by passing loads.
Upper Hinge
Heavy-duty v-cam hinging system operates smoothly and is virtually maintenance free with its permanently lubricated needle bearing roller assembly. Optional stainless steel hinge is available.
Bottom Hinge
For additional strength and durability, the hinge is designed with pillow block constructed of zinc plated ductile iron (stainless steel is optional) with a UHMW sleeve and solid cast aluminum lower hinge adapter. Plus the lower hinge adapter has a provision for mounting an optional spring assist.

Sectional Doors:
Commerical Sectional Garage Doors are appropriate when thermal efficiency and security are a concern, where window space is desired for light or visibility, or simply for aesthetic reasons. Sectional Garage Doors also operate quietly and generate little noise in windy applications. They require significant backroom or headroom, depending on the application. The Raynor Family of steel sectional garage doors includes thermal, ribbed, rail and stile, and raised panel doors. Raynor sectional products are a perfect fit for commerical and industrial loading dock door applications.
Rolling Doors:
Commerical Rolling Doors are appropriate in demanding enviroments requiring maximum durability and Security. Because of the minimal backroom, headroom, and sideroom requirements, rolling doors are able to fit i tight spots or spaces not approate for sectional doors. Constructed of interlocking slats that wind around a barrel, the rolling door family includes service doors and counter sutters. Security grilles also fit into this category.
Fire Doors:
Featuring some of the same construction characteristics as rolling doors, Commerical Fire Doors are specified in facilities that require a listed Fire Door in a fire rated wall. Fire Doors are normally provided with fusible links that automatically release to close the door at 165-F . Smoke and heat detectors or a building's alarm system can also trigger the door's decent. The fire door family includes both service doors and counter shutters.
Traffic Doors:
Similar in construction to a rolling service door, Traffic Doors feature a high-strength fabric, rather than metal, curtain. This allows for doors to achieve faster speeds when traveling, which make them ideal for higher cycle applications. Also, if contact is made with the door forcing it out guides, it is easily replaced without a service call.
